This October-themed dinner with the parents couldn’t have gone better. We started off with Philly-style guacamole- à la el vez!- (goat cheese mixed in with some pistachios for crunch) and some Trader Joes corn tortillas.
The sliders were on brioche buns from TJ’s. One was lettuce/tomato/sharp cheddar, while the other was fig jam/goat cheese. Both were delicious, but we prefer the fig jam one!
