October Dinner With The Parents

This October-themed dinner with the parents  couldn’t have gone better. We started off with Philly-style guacamole-  à la el vez!-  (goat cheese mixed in with some pistachios for crunch)  and some Trader Joes corn tortillas.

The sliders were on brioche buns from TJ’s. One was lettuce/tomato/sharp cheddar, while the other was fig jam/goat cheese. Both were delicious, but we prefer the fig jam one!

The soup is the boxed pumpkin soup from trader joe’s. It was amazing!Image

For dessert, we had persian tea with pumpkin macarons from Trader Joe’s! They are surprisingly good for macarons that have to be thawed. Image
